Isle of Raasay – Unpeated Chinkapin Single Cask (62%)

Isle of Raasay Unpeated Chinkapin Single Cask is a Scottish single malt bottled at 62% from a single cask. It was matured entirely in chinkapin oak and is unpeated. The nose combines caramel, honey and yellow fruit such as apricot and peach. The palate is silky, with subtle wood adding depth without overpowering the fruit. The finish is sweet and lasting.
