J. Bally Piramide 12 Year Old Rum is an agricole rum from Martinique, distilled from fresh sugar cane juice. It is aged for twelve years in French oak barrels.
It has a deep amber colour and aromas of caramelised fruit, vanilla, sweet spice, nutmeg, clove, tobacco and leather. The palate is rich and velvety, with honey, toasted oak and tropical fruit, leading to a long, pleasantly warm finish.
