A rhum agricole from Martinique, made exclusively from fresh sugar cane juice and distilled with care to preserve its organoleptic character.
It has an intense amber colour and a complex aromatic bouquet of vanilla, caramel, soft spices, exotic fruit and a light woody note from long ageing in oak casks. On the palate it is balanced, soft and enveloping, with a savoury persistence.
It is suited to being enjoyed as a digestif after a substantial meal, neat or with a cube of ice.
