Rhum J.Bally Paille is an agricole rum from Martinique, distilled from sugar cane. It is aged in French oak barrels, which give it a delicate straw colour, softness and aromatic complexity. On the nose there are exotic fruit, vanilla and light cinnamon. The palate is balanced, with an initial sugar cane sweetness that develops into spice and a light woody note. It can be enjoyed neat at room temperature or used as a base for exotic cocktails.
