Jack Daniel's – Bonded 100 Proof Tennessee Whiskey (50%)

This is Jack Daniel's Bonded, a Tennessee whiskey bottled in bond at 100 proof, or 50% ABV. It is made from the same grain recipe as Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey: 80% corn, 12% barley and 8% rye. It is intended for classic American cocktails, for drinking on the rocks or neat. It is described as layered, with caramel, oak and pleasant spice, leading into a long finish.
