Jack Daniel's Bonded Rye is a Tennessee rye whiskey bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) and made to Bottled-in-Bond standards. Its mash bill is 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malted barley.
The whiskey is charcoal-mellowed and aged for at least four years.
It is usually described as bold and spicy, with notes of dried fruit, caramel and toffee.
