Jack Daniel's (70cl, 40%)

Jack Daniel's is a Tennessee whiskey in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV, described as a top-selling bottling from the distillery. Its mashbill is 80% corn, 12% rye and 8% malt. The spirit is filtered through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal, which gives a mellow, slightly smoky character. The nose is light and sweet, with dry spice, oily nuts and a touch of smoke. The palate is smooth and soft, with banana milkshake, mixed nuts and caramel with crème anglaise, and the finish is sweet with cereal and toasty oak.
