This is a Tennessee sour mash whiskey from Jack Daniel's, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. Launched in 2012, it is the first release in the distillery's Master Distiller Series.
The release honours Jasper 'Jack' Daniel himself, master distiller from 1866 to 1911.
As a Tennessee whiskey, it is filtered through maple wood charcoal, a step known as the Lincoln County Process.
