Jack Daniel's – Single Barrel Barrel Proof Tennessee Whiskey (75cl)

Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Barrel Proof is a Tennessee whiskey bottled straight from the barrel at full strength. It is the first cask strength release from Jack Daniel's. Strength varies from barrel to barrel, between 125 and 140 proof, which takes the trademark vanilla and toasted oak flavours further than usual. It is typically described as having molasses cookies, charred oak, barbecue smoke and dried fig and date on the nose. With water, apple cider, candied pecan and caramel come through, and the finish is long, ending on a woody note.
