Jack Daniel's – Single Barrel Barrel Strength (2021) (70cl, 64.5%)

This is the 2021 release of Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Barrel Strength, a Tennessee whisky bottled straight from a single barrel without dilution. It comes at 64.5% in a 70cl bottle, and each bottling varies slightly. The nose has dark caramel, toasted oak, vanilla, ripe banana and sweet spices. The palate is full-bodied, with thick caramel, deep wood, brown sugar, toffee, light smoke and dried fruit. The finish is very long, warm and rich, with the mellowness of Tennessee charcoal filtering and added intensity from the barrel.
