Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Select is a Tennessee whiskey bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. It is chill-filtered and of natural colour, and it is matured in charred oak casks.
The aroma is rich, with caramel, sweet vanilla and ripe apples and pears, plus a light wood smoke. On the palate, caramel, vanilla and ripe fruit meet cinnamon and cloves, in a creamy texture. The finish is long and warm, with the sweet and spicy notes carrying through to a soft, woody close.
