Jack Daniel's – Tennessee Whiskey (35cl, 40%)

Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey comes from Lynchburg, Tennessee, where it has been made since 1866. This is a 35cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is a Tennessee whiskey rather than a bourbon because of the charcoal mellowing process, in which every drop is filtered for 10 days through a 3 metre layer of charcoal. It then matures in newly charred American oak casks made by the distillery. The spirit goes into the cask colourless and comes out amber, with balanced notes of caramel, oak and vanilla.
