Jack Daniel's – Unaged Tennessee Rye Batch #1 (75cl, 40%)

An unaged rye whisky from Jack Daniel's, Batch #1, in a 75cl bottle at 40% ABV. It was distilled in 2012 from a new grain bill, the first time the distillery had used a new recipe in over 100 years. The mash bill is 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malted barley. Jack Daniel's is a Tennessee whiskey, which means it is filtered through maple wood charcoal in what is known as the Lincoln County Process. The distillery has belonged to Brown-Forman for decades.
