Knockdhu 9 Year Old is a single cask Highland single malt, distilled in 2013 and matured for nine years in a bourbon cask. Jack Wiebers Whisky World bottled it independently as the Brexitman, cask #827, at 53.2% ABV.
The nose is green apple, ripe pear, vanilla cream, honey and fresh citrus. The palate is rounded and lively, with sweet malt, orchard fruit, toasted almonds and oak spice. The finish is medium-long and gently warming, with honey, citrus peel, vanilla and dry oak.
