This is the inaugural Jane Street release, bottled by Woodrow's of Edinburgh. The spirit is Glencadam single malt, matured in oak casks and bottled at 48.5% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose offers vanilla cream, warm honey and lightly stewed orchard fruits, with lemon zest and soft oak behind. The palate is smooth and creamy, with malt, mellow fruit and a hint of citrus, the oak staying subtle. The finish is mid-length, with lingering sweetness, light fruit and a soft fade of malt.
