Jim Beam Black is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% and in its older packaging. It follows the family recipe that has defined Jim Beam for over 225 years.
The whiskey is extra-aged in newly charred American oak barrels, giving it a longer maturation than the White Label.
On the palate there is caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, with roasted nuts, sweet corn, baking spices and dark toffee. The finish is long and mellow, with lingering vanilla, spice and a gentle smokiness.
