Jim Beam Double Oak is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle, matured in two separate barrels. It spends the traditional four years in a newly charred American white oak barrel, then moves to a second freshly charred American white oak barrel to age further.
The second barrel brings more contact with the oak. The bourbon is described as intense in flavour and smooth, with spiced oak and rich caramel.
