The nose offers dried fig, golden raisin, vanilla bean and orange peel, with polished oak and baking spice. On the palate are red apple, sherry-soaked dates, butterscotch and nutmeg, with gentle smokiness in the background. The finish is medium to long, with sultana, cinnamon and soft oak.
