It marks 200 years since John Walker opened a small grocery store in Scotland in 1820, and the bottle design traces a visual journey from 1820 to today. Blue Label is made from hand-picked single malt and grain whiskies from across Scotland, including casks from long-closed distilleries. It is vatted in small batches from whiskies matured in sherry casks, a method used only for Blue Label in the Johnnie Walker range.
