Johnnie Walker Blue Label Elusive Umami is a limited edition blended Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle. It is built around umami, a savoury note that arrives late in the tasting.
The first sip brings a sweet tang of honey. Dried fruit and smoky flavours follow on the palate, and the umami note comes last, lingering into the finish.
