Last Feather Rye is a rye whiskey from Journeyman Distillery in Michigan, the first batch of its Ravenswood Rye. It is bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle, and 800 bottles were released.
The whiskey was matured in new charred white oak barrels of 15 gallons, a size the distillery found gave the best balance of flavour in an experimental batch. The mash bill combines rye and wheat, with the wheat grown in Michigan and the rye in Minnesota.
