A 12 year old unpeated single malt from Jura, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in hand-selected, aged Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain.
The palate opens with warm honey and vanilla, moving to rich plum, sweet spice and layers of citrus. The finish brings sherry-soaked raisins, dark toffee, coffee and grilled banana.
