Jura – 12 Year Old

Jura 12 Year Old is the core age-stated single malt from the Isle of Jura Distillery, matured for 12 years. It is a lightly peated, Highland-style whisky. The distillery was established in 1810 on one of Scotland's most remote islands, home to around 200 people. A small amount of peat gives a faint smokiness, lighter than the medicinal character of the Islay whiskies across the sound, and the peat stays in the background.
