Jura 15 Year Old Sherry Cask is a single malt from the Islands, made from spirit drawn from Jura's very tall stills. It was first matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then given a 100% finish in sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks.
The bourbon casks bring a fruity quality, while the sherry finish adds sweet, delicate richness. It is bottled at 42.8% in a 70cl bottle.
