Jura Tide is a 21 year old single malt Scotch whisky, matured in two stages. The first takes place in American ex-bourbon casks. The distillery is counted among the most popular to have emerged from Scotland.
A finish in virgin American white oak casks follows, and it is this stage that gives the whisky its spicy character and a hint of cracked pepper.
