This is Jura Bourbon Cask, a single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Jura, bottled at 40% abv in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks.
Jura describes its house character as bright and fruity, and this is the expression it presents as an introduction to that style.
The ex-bourbon casks bring aromas of vanilla and coconut, followed by apricot and creamy toffee, with a touch of poached pear, cinnamon and cocoa.
