Jura Bourbon Cask is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Jura, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, and Jura presents it as the welcoming core of its single malt range, with the bright, fruity character it regards as its own.
The cask is said to bring vanilla and coconut on the nose, followed by apricot, creamy toffee and a touch of poached pear, with cinnamon and cocoa to finish.
