This is a Jura single malt matured first in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. A portion of the whisky is then moved into six different virgin oak casks from various regions of France.
The whisky is fruity and spicy. The nose combines coffee, ginger spice and a hint of milk chocolate. On the palate there is crème caramel, baked peach, liquorice and candied orange.
