Kaiyo Cask Strength Mizunara Oak is a Japanese blended whisky bottled at 53% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Mizunara, a rare Japanese oak, is the focus of its cask profile and gives the whisky a pronounced oak character. Fruit and malt come through alongside distinct, spicy wood notes. Neat, the oak shows most clearly, and a few drops of water can bring out further nuances.
