Kaiyo Mizunara Cask Strength

Kaiyo Mizunara Cask Strength is a Japanese teaspooned malt, bottled at cask strength as a stronger version of the standard Kaiyo whisky. It was matured in mizunara oak casks, a wood known to be difficult for coopers to work with. Part of the maturation also takes place at sea, which is done to help develop the flavour of the whisky.
