Kaiyo The 1er Grand Cru is a 10 year old Japanese whisky from the Wood Library Series, in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited edition release and is not chill-filtered.
The whisky was aged in Japanese Mizunara oak and finished in French oak barrels. Kaiyo matures its whisky in handmade Mizunara casks, then sends them on a final maturation at sea for up to three months, sailing from Osaka.
