Kamiki Sakura

Kamiki Sakura is a Japanese whisky blended from malt whiskies from around the world and Japanese malt whisky. It is mixed with Japanese water and finished in cedar wood casks. What sets it apart is a further maturation in sakura, the Japanese cherry blossom. The cedar gives the whisky its flavour profile and subtle finish, and the cherry blossom adds an elegant character. Cherry blossom comes through clearly on the nose and palate, alongside chestnut, cinnamon, soft spices and a little ripe banana. The finish is lightly spicy, with floral and fresh notes.
