Kavalan – Concertmaster Single Malt (50cl, 40%)

Kavalan Concertmaster is a Taiwanese single malt matured in a port cask, bottled at 40% in a 50cl bottle. Kavalan takes its name from an old tribe of Yilan province in north-eastern Taiwan, where the distillery stands. It is described as the only family-owned whisky distillery in Taiwan, and it points to the pure water and fresh air of this subtropical part of the island as ideal for making whisky.
