Kavalan – Distillery Select No. 2 (70cl)

Kavalan Distillery Select No. 2 is a single malt from Taiwan's leading distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It completes the Distillery Select range alongside No. 1. Where No. 1 shows the richness of ageing in different cask types, No. 2 focuses on the liveliness and floral side of the spirit. It was aged in casks that had already held Kavalan whisky, mainly ex-bourbon barrels. The colour is a deep gold. The nose is floral and sweet, with warm, woody and spiced aromas. The palate brings woody, herbal and floral notes, with undergrowth adding a touch of complexity.
