Kentucky Owl – Batch 12 (70cl, 58.9%)

Kentucky Owl Batch 12 is a 58.9% bourbon blend in a 70cl bottle. It brings together well-aged bourbons of 7 to 14 years old with two different 4 year old bourbons. The nose is sweet spice and caramel with a hint of butterscotch. A rush of warm spice crosses the palate, alongside a robust caramel and cream character that melts into passion fruit and spicy citrus. The finish is long, with caramel and cream lingering.
