Kentucky Owl Japan Takumi Edition is a Kentucky whisky that draws on Japanese craftsmanship within the American whisky tradition. It is made from selected Kentucky raw materials and refined with techniques that echo the balance and precision of Japanese craft. It comes in a 70cl bottle. Honey, vanilla and dried fruit show on the nose, with delicate sweet spice and a faint smoky note. The palate is soft and warm and full-bodied, moving from buttery butterscotch sweetness to oak, with a light spiciness.
