Kentucky Owl Confiscated is a blended Kentucky straight bourbon in a 750ml bottle. It is named for the federal seizure of C.M. Dedman's Kentucky Owl barrels in 1920, as Prohibition approached.
Dedman founded Kentucky Owl in 1879. The brand lay dormant for nearly a century until Dixon Dedman revived it in 2014 in partnership with Stoli Group. Confiscated is the standard blended expression in the range, sitting below the numbered Batch releases.
