Kentucky Owl St Patrick's Edition is a bourbon made in collaboration between blender Louise McGuane and John Rhea of Kentucky Owl. It was released in limited quantities and brings Irish whiskey blending influence to Kentucky bourbon, in a 750ml bottle.
The nose is sweet caramel, light vanilla, toasted grain and orchard fruit. The palate is smooth and rounded, with honey, soft oak, baking spice and a little dried fruit. The finish runs medium to long, with lingering sweetness, gentle spice and polished oak.
