Kentucky Owl Takumi Limited Release Bourbon (Japanese Collaboration) (70cl, 50%)

Kentucky Owl Takumi is a blended Bourbon and the second limited international collaboration from Kentucky Owl. It was created with Yahisa Yusuke, Master Blender at the Nagahama Distillery, and John Rhea. Takumi means 'master' in Japanese. The blend combines Kentucky straight bourbons aged 4, 5, 6 and 13 years, with mash bills of corn, rye, or wheat and malted barley. Each was chosen to build a robust, well-balanced, Japanese-inspired bourbon, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
