Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin First Batch is a special edition drawn from the first batch made at the new distillery, an outturn of 600 bottles.
The gin is based on rice spirit and flavoured with traditional Japanese botanicals, including yuzu, sansho pepper and gyokuro tea from Uji.
The black bottle carries the Japanese characters 季の美.
