This is the twenty-sixth edition of the Ki Noh Bi Cask Aged gin series from Kyoto Distillery in Japan. It was made in a run of 600 bottles.
The gin was given more than six months of further maturation in Karuizawa and Kilchoman casks, which sets this edition apart from the rest of the series.
