Ki One – Unicorn Edition 2022 Korean Single Malt Whisky (20cl, 56.6%)

Ki One Unicorn Edition is a Korean single malt from Three Societies, the second limited release in the Ki One Society Collection. The first, the Tiger Edition, was South Korea's first single malt whisky. It was matured through the four seasons of the Korean peninsula and then aged further through a fall and winter. It is bottled at 56.6% in a 20cl bottle. The nose is deep oak with the fresh zest of summer fruits. On the palate there are vanilla pods, banana, sultana and hints of peach, with long oriental spice. The finish is lingering and spicy, with sweet barley sugar and a forest of oak.
