Ki One Tiger Edition is a Korean single malt from Ki One Distillery in Namyangju, part of the distillery's Signature Line. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and with no added colouring.
It is made from unpeated malted barley, distilled twice in copper pot stills, and matured for at least three years in sherry and wine casks.
The nose is of dates, figs, raisins, walnut and toffee apple. The palate is creamy and sweet, with butterscotch, caramel, nutmeg, apple and plum. The finish brings oak spice, baked fruit and vanilla toffee.
