Ki One – Unicorn Edition 2022 Single Malt Whisky (20cl, 56.6%)

Ki One Unicorn Edition is a South Korean single malt from Ki One by Three Societies. It is the second limited release in the Society Collection and is bottled at 56.6% in a 200ml bottle. The whisky was matured through the four seasons of the Korean peninsula and aged further through the fall and winter. It won the World Single Malt Gold Award at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, following a Bronze at the International Wine and Spirits Competition in April 2022. The nose is deep oak with the fresh zest of summer fruits. On the palate come vanilla pods, banana, sultana, hints of peach and long, deep oriental spice. The finish is lingering and spicy, with barley sugar and oak.
