Kilbeggan Single Grain is an Irish whiskey made mainly from corn and matured in ex-bourbon casks. This is the 2017 release, bottled at 43%. The bourbon casks give it a fresh, sweet style with a little spice. The nose brings honey, vanilla, soft oak and light fruit. On the palate it is sweet and creamy, with toffee, grain, soft spices and hints of wood. The finish is light to medium and warm.
