Kilchoman – 100% Islay 11 Year Old Sherry Cask Matured (70cl, 50%)

Kilchoman 100% Islay 11 Year Old is an Islay single malt matured entirely in Oloroso sherry casks. It was made from 16 ex-Oloroso sherry butts from the 2011, 2012 and 2013 vintages, and bottled on 29 September 2025 at 50%. The whisky pairs Kilchoman's peat smoke with dried fruit, dark chocolate, honey and spicy sherry sweetness. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The nose offers orange peel, dried fruit, sweet spices and peat smoke. The palate has dark chocolate, honey, cooked apples, malt and smoke. The finish is long, with plums, blackcurrants, grilled fruit and wood smoke.
