Kilchoman – 100% Islay 14th Edition 9 Year Old

Kilchoman 100% Islay 14th Edition is a nine-year-old Islay single malt. The 100% Islay releases are made as single farm malts, with barley grown on the distillery's own fields and every stage of production carried out on site at Kilchoman. This edition was distilled from the 2013 and 2014 barley harvests, then matured in selected bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. It is typically described as having vanilla, butterscotch and rich fruit, set against a natural citrus sweetness and floral peat smoke.
