Kilchoman 100% Islay 14th Edition is a single malt Scotch whisky made from barley grown on Rockside Farm on Islay, taken from the 2013 and 2014 harvests. It is bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky has matured for a minimum of nine years in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, at a ratio of nine parts bourbon to one part oloroso.
