This is an 11 year old single malt from Kilchoman, the family owned farm distillery on Islay, bottled at 46% ABV. It is made entirely from Islay barley grown, malted and peated on the distillery's own Rockside farm.
The whisky is also distilled, matured and bottled on site, so every stage takes place at the farm. It is an ongoing addition to the Kilchoman range.
