This is an 11 year old single cask Islay single malt from Kilchoman, chosen to mark the 10th anniversary of Sierra Springs Liquor in Alberta, Canada. It is a limited edition, presented at natural cask strength, non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
The profile combines maritime peat smoke, coastal sea salt, creamy vanilla, toasted oak, bright citrus zest and warming spices, ending in a long, smoky finish.
